  • Phone: If you have a general enquiry or ticketing question please give us call on 13 33 86.
  • In Person: The Wet'n'Wild Sydney Guest Services team are ready to help with all enquires related to your day at the park including compliments, complaints,  MyBands, MyMemories and lost property. Guest Services is open during operating days. View Operating Times Here
Please note: The Village Roadshow Theme Parks Customer Service Team is able to answer all enquries during the following times;
Monday - Saturday: 8.00am - 7.00pm (Queensland Time)
Sunday 8.00am - 5:00pm (Queensland Time)

    Hi I have tried to ring the phone number and have been on hold for over 40mins since selecting who to talk to??
