I Purchased A Season Pass But I Have Not Received My Wet'n'Wild Sydney MyBand Yet!

During the purchase of your new Season Pass, you were asked to select if you would prefer your MyBands be posted or to pick them up from Wet'n'Wild Sydney. This information can be found on your purchase confirmation email.

Post: MyBands that are posted will be couriered via the Australia Post and will arrive within                 12-15 business days. If your MyBand was purchased more than 15 business days ago, please let us know.

Pickup: Guests who select to pick up their MyBands from Wet'n'Wild Sydney can visit our Season Pass Centre. Season Pass Centre operating days and hours can be found on our website under Plan My Day > Season Pass Centre
